BOOKING INFORMATION
Concessions are available to students, senior citizens, unwaged, and Equity members.
Those eligible must present valid proof of status when purchasing or collecting tickets.
All tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in the event of cancellation.
The management reserve the right to refuse entry to the theatre.
BOX OFFICE
The Box Office opens one hour before the performance on show nights, and we recommend arriving early to avoid disappointment. Tickets are only available on the night subject to availability. At present we do not have the facility to accept debit or credit cards on the door.

We realise that some people are concerned about the safety of booking tickets online, but please be reassured that Ticketsource is very secure and well established as a reputable merchant for purchasing tickets for a wide variety of venues.
Ticketsource do charge a card handling fee, which is in effect a booking fee. Neither Upstairs at Three and Ten nor Otherplace Productions profits by this.
