The Ultimate Underground/Overground venue based above the gorgeous Three and Ten Pub in Brighton's Kemptown. The only place to catch the very best comedy from around the country in a beautiful intimate surrounding.
Regular monthly comedy nights include:Rabbit in the Headlights, Brian Gittins and Friends and Terry Saunders' Sitting on a Rug.
Theatre – We're proud to bring you innovative and ground-breaking drama from around the world. Our small theatre has seen some fabulous productions including contemporary classics as well as new writing – come along and be inspired!

Otherplace Productions are a production Company formed to produce and manage theatre, comedy, cabaret and music events. We are dedicated to bringing high level performances to Brighton and Hove spanning from small intimate alternative events to large scale productions, with a clear aim of creating a friendly and comfortable atmosphere where performers can thrive and audiences can enjoy the spectacle of new, live events.
Otherplace Productions put great emphasis on making live performance accessible and affordable for all, providing entertainment that appeals to all walks of life and in the process creating a social activity that everyone can be a part of, not to mention a kick-ass place to go of an evening.
Nicola Haydn and Eden Rivers (Fringereport Theatre Managers of the Year 2007) are joined by the production team that successfully ran the Marlborough Theatre including Finance and Box Office Manager Tom Arr-Jones (Underbelly), Technical Director Geoff Hense (Brighton Festival), Associate Director Jeremy Pike and Robin Buckland.
Otherplace Productions have produced to date: The 24 Hour Plays: The Red Bull Sessions at Komedia, Brighton in November 2007, Hard Chair Stories by Nick Burbridge (Dir. Aine King) at The Rose Theatre, Southwark in April 2008 and Brighton Festival Fringe 2008, Red (Dir. Jeremy Pike), Brighton Festival Fringe 2008, The Haunted Moustache (Dir. Nicola Haydn) Brighton Festival Fringe 2008 and Baldock Arts Fringe (October 2008), Pinter's One for the Road and Ashes to Ashes (Dir. Jeremy Pike). The Company have co-produced Chesterlass Productions' I Kissed a Frog and it gave me Herpes, and Drunkenmasks' Samuel Beckett Double-Bill Not I and Play.
